We just took delivery on a new range yesterday. We cannot get past the startup screen that asks you what country you live in. We can choose the country, but when you press next, nothing happens. The oven light works. Also, the link on the range does not work. When you take a pic, a bunch of strange numbers show up instead of being directed to a Samsung link. Has anyone experienced this and what did they do aside from unplugging, etc? Thanks in advance.
