My second $3,000 Bespoke refrigerator arrived apparently undamaged the second time. I'm building a new kitchen so it was several days until the unit was unwrapped and installed. The cover of the water filter, a small plastic part, was cracked. Upon calling Samsung service I was informed that a service tech could come to my house and order a new part but that because that part is not under warranty both the visit and the part could be my responsibility. Apparently if it was a drawer they could ship me a new one but the water filter cover was not able to be replaced. Really this is Samsung customer care?
