Beverage Center Door on Bespoke Refrigerator Difficult to Open

I am having difficulty opening the door to the Beverage Center on my new Bespoke Refrigerator.  Is there a secret to opening the door?  I spent 30 minutes this morning trying to open with no success.  Does my refrigerator hate me?
