Bixby responds with only "It take long time to connect with server " and will not allow me to use Bixby at all. 

When I purchased this frig we were promised complimentary elite in home service. The tech never showed and we've had countless problems since the purchase. At current, Bixby doesn't work, the ice maker does not work, To Do Lists don't update and the internet only works sometimes. Please provide assistance
