Our family purchased a brand new Samsung Glasstop Range

 We were remodeling our house.

We had the stove no more than 6 or 7 months and the oven just quit working.

So a Samsung tech came to take a look and he found that we had an infestation of German cockroachs roaches in the inside of the stove and that's what caused it to stop working.

He advised us that we had to get an exterminator and pay for a yearly bug contract if we wanted him to replace or fix our oven. We did that and called Samsung back and they told us that the tech didn't know what he was talking about and they're not going to help us at all. 

A company as big as Samsung doesn't have the ability or resources to repair it or replace it?

This is really wrong. My parents are 80 and retired and I think they deserve more respect than what was given

Can anyone help?
