Can't connect to home WiFi on family hub since last software update

I'm having a problem connecting and staying connected to my home WiFi on my model rf265beaesr family hub refrigerator.  I've reset my router and did a factory reset on my fridge... still no luck Smiley Sad  it will keep scanning for networks even after it's connected to my home WiFi then drop the connection and won't connect again .  I'm so frustrated .. loved this fridge before this update ... anyone else having this problem?

Mind giving this a try? Go to settings> Wi-Fi> Click your network> Forget. After completing those steps, there is a switch on the top of the door under a cover that turns the family hub off, flip that switch off then back on and try reconnecting to your Wi-Fi.

The router is about 2 feet away from the refrigerator ...

Just to confirm, have you tried resetting your home router?

Yes.. I have reset my router.  It will connect when I do that but only for a few minutes... will disconnect after.

Have you factory reset the family hub itself?

I think this may have worked seems to be staying connected to my home WiFi now... will post here again if anything changes.  Thanks!
