Cant order new filters from Refrigerator Family Hub screen/Samsung Care app has been discontinue

I have a model # RS27T5561SG refrigerator that we bought in Nov 2020 (6 months ago) .  Today we got a notification that the water filter will need to be replaced soon.  I tried to order a new filter from  the family hub screen and got a notice that says "The Samsung Care app has been discontinued.  WHY DID SAMSUNG PHASE OUT A VERY USEFUL FEATURE ON AN APPLIANCE THAT IS ONLY 6 MONTHS OLD. 

REALLY?  WHO DOES THAT?  WHAT SAY YOU SAMSUNG?  DO WE GET A PARTIAL REFUND?

...and don't get me started on the ice-maker issues....this frige is turning out to be a lemon...
