Kitchen and Family HubI have Samsung Care plus , extended warranty.
I bought 4 door Flex with family hub refrigerator.
My refrigerator was out of order 25 days ago, and I claimed for the repair. A few days later, a tech came and did something. Then I found the claim closed even not fixed.
Claimed again then they did something even changed some parts, never fixed my refrigerator. but the claim closed, which means they charged to Samsung Care.
