Disappointing Refrigerator repair with care plus

I have Samsung Care plus , extended warranty.

I bought 4 door Flex with family hub refrigerator.

My refrigerator was out of order 25 days ago, and I claimed for the repair. A few days later, a tech came and did something. Then I found the claim closed even not fixed.

Claimed again then they did something even changed some parts, never fixed my refrigerator. but the claim closed, which means they charged to Samsung Care.

They visited my house more than 5 times, always the claim closed even though they didn't finish it. I think they chared the labor and parts. 
I called Samsung Care plus, they agreed it, just cost consuming repair.
The authorized repair company will never convince they couldn't fix it.
Ridiculous, Samsung Care plus already paid to them a lot and would pay forever.
I think if it goes to Samsung factory, engineers can fix easily not by service contractor.
Now, customer care supervisor said she's reporting to her superior. Crazy experience.
I just need ice. Do not buy brand new Samsung refrigerator even with Samsung Care plus. I regret that I didn't buy just a basic refrigerator.
Don't trust them. Samsung is now going really bad. OMG
