Kitchen and Family HubThe third rack in my dw80b7071us won't slide out. The problem is the rail on both sides. I can't see any obstruction. Each rail will come out about an inch before stopping. (photos below)
I saw this post: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Kitchen-and-Family-Hub/DW80R7061UG-3rd-rack-rail-wont-slide/td-p... but it doesn't tell you how to fix the rail, only how to take the rack off the rail. I looked in the manual for my specific dishwasher but that didn't have a fix either.
Also found this on reddit (yikes): https://www.reddit.com/r/appliancerepair/comments/vocsw1/samsung_top_control_stormwash_42db_3rd_rack... saying that there is a stopped/block to keep the third rack from being pushed in too far, and that on his dishwasher the stopper got past the wheels. His fix was to force something between the wheel and the rail to get it back in place. Seems like not a great idea.
Any suggestions on how to actually fix this?
Thanks!
First photo is closed (you can see the wheel behind the first opening); second is of it open as far as it will go, about an inch.

Kitchen and Family HubI am having the same issue. I found the other thread on here from Wilsonwoodburn and the reply from the mod was an unhelpful reference to the manual. I can't find anything on reddit or YouTube either.
Does Samsung typically provide help in here or do you have to call for support?

Kitchen and Family HubI used one of our measuring spoons that had a long handle that was thin enough to reach the stopper, but thick enough to hit with a mallet. I was hoping to bend the stopper back, but I ended up knocking it out.
Works again.

Kitchen and Family Hubcould you elaborate on that a bit more? I took out the rack and found out neither rail will extend. Its sort of a useless rack with it only be able to come out 1/4 length.
