Dishwasher CLEAN light not working

Brand new Samsung DW80R2031/AA 00 does not light the CLEAN light when the cycle is complete. All the LEDs do light when the unit is powered on, so the LED is good. The unit does complete the cycle on Heavy, Normal, and Express60. The dishes come out very clean - just no CLEAN light. Seems like a firmware issue.

Any ideas?

I am sorry to hear about this. Please turn off the power to the dishwasher for 1 minute, then retest to see if the Clean indicator will come on.
