Hi Samsung,

Both my upper & lower dishwasher racks are rusting on my DW80M9960UG Samsung Dishwasher. 

I spent over $10,000 for a Refrigerator, Range, Washer, Dryer, and Dishwasher (DW80M9960UG) from Lowes on 2-19-18.

I reviewed the warranty that is posted on your website and it states that the dishwasher racking has a 5 year warranty.

Wondering how to get assistance with this issue?
