I have a DW80K5050US that will not heat the water by itself*. I replaced the main control board and no go. The thermistor reads the proper resistance for the temp of the water in the dishwasher. I run the self tests and it fails test 2 with error code PC . This dishwasher has been doing this since it was new. Service said they would not warranty it since I installed it myself.
*While it was running I put a jumper on the heater relay contacts and it heated the water so it is not the heating element. Something is not telling the heater relay to activate. I have posted on this board before and it was suggested to replace the control board and that did not fix it. Any ideas?
