Kitchen and Family HubThe problem was intermittent, but got worse. Finally I reached out to Samsung again because I figured that I would need to replace the PCB. I did not want to pay for service that cost more than 50% of the dishwasher, and I successfully came to a deal with their customer service. I explained that I got the dishwasher with a new home, and that all the appliances I got were Samsung. I explained that I would have purchased extended warranties if I bought the appliance, but wasn’t an option for me buying the house. I explained that if I had to pay 50% of the dishwasher to fix it, I’d replace that appliance with a Bosch dishwasher and would probably not buy another Samsung appliance. I was about six months past what I thought was the end of my one year warranty, but Samsung had me closer to ten months out of warranty. Nevertheless, they did agree to come and service the dishwasher without charging me. The technician replaced the faulty PCB and I am back in business...
