Dishwasher worked for 3 months than stopped. DW80M2020US

DW80M2020US purchased in July. Worked until October. Then problems

unit is loud at start and the water wall washing system of the 2 bars in the bottom don't seem to move. The back section washes but the front bottom doesn't. Unit is much louder than it had been when it worked. Unit is clean and clear of obstructions.

Curious to know if and how Samsung might fix the whole storm wash system. Has anyone has Samsung come out and fix the issue?

No one has come out to fix it. But there has been progress. 

to note, the system just stopped working. No drama no alert, no broken part -- just stopped. The software shows no alert and diagnostics seem fine. 

i look forward to learning more.
