I have a Samsung RF265BEAESG/AA 02 and the Water/Ice dispenser selection lights have stopped working. The unit dispenses water and ice but the selection light is gone. Also the LED "Night Light" is now very very dim and you cannot see it come on unless you look right at it from underneath. This also used to work great and was bright enough for a great night light in the kitchen.  It seems something has happened to the control board in the dispenser however I cannot find any information. The part number is DA63-08814A

Thanks

Hello! I understand how this can be frustrating with your lights not working properly, as this is something that will require service, you have a couple of options based on your warranty.

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.
