I bought electric range NE59N6630SS/AA in September of 2018.  In December of 2021 the LED display started goin haywire....flashing all the words, number and graphs all at once.  Because of supply chain issues during COVID, I couldn't get the part until March of 2022 at which time the unit was fixed at a cost of $400.  Now, 18 months later, the same thing is happening...the LED display just flickers and flashes all the time.  I asked Samsung to provide the $100 part for free to me since this is the second time in five years this has happened but Samsung refuses to do anything.

Sorry that you are experiencing problems with your replacement part for your stove, I would recommend that you reach out to Samsung Support directly again and explain the situation, but it's possible that the warranty on your stove has expired since it's over 5 years old, Samsung support can possibly point you in the right direction to replace the LED display
