We had a garbage disposal replaced. The installer forgot to notch oilut the drain plug. We ran a cycle of dishes. It caused a leak. Disposal drainage was corrected but we are still getting a code. I turned off the circuit for about 10 minutes hoping it would reset. It did not. When powering on it goes through the normal cycle of draining any residual water for about 30 seconds. Then we get a flashing normal and a solid light on the clean. It does it every time. Is there a way to reset this or correct the issue. Dishwasher is 17 months old. I took the dishwasher out to make sure all the lines were okay and there is no more moisture. Thanks in advance

Kitchen and Family HubHello! Thank you for reaching out! It seems that there may still be moisture underneath the dishwasher. As there is a sensor underneath it, that will cause this to still occur. The best option would be to try the information in the following link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001021/.. If this doesn't help, the next option, if possible, would be to have a fan pointed at the dishwasher overnight to help dry any moisture near the sensor that is underneath the dishwasher. Please try these and let me know if this helps!
