Very discouraged by Samsung products. We have purchased several appliances and televisions. All have had problems within the first few years. Our biggest disappointment has been the 2016 french door refrigerator. Just as the warranty gave out (2yrs), the cooling system began to constantly freeze over. It has been a HUGE burden and COST to our family. We have had to defrost the refrigerator at least 5 times. Have researched online the possible fixes to this KNOWN PROBLEM for this model. Lifting the front of the fridge did not help. We have had repair men in our house at least 3 times. And now we are about to replace the entire for cooling system for the hefty price of over $600. We are not in a position to get a new refrigerator. Today, the ice maker has stopped working as well! I am furious and would rather completely junk the fridge. Is Samsung doing anything to remedee the flaws in their machines and help loyal costumers?

I have had these problems too with no solution to a known lemon. Since you are the Samsung rep can you:
1. Post the repair manual. With the secret codes to force defrosts, etc.
2. Reduce the cost of repair parts. Most of these items a home user can handle without calling a $150/hr repair guy.
I had similar problem with the RF28 french door refrigerator. The issue started occuring after 1 year of purchase date. Samsung is aware of this issue and they wouldnt help you in anyway. when contacted they created a case with their local service center and that would cost me 400$+. The only answer I got from Samsung is the Refrigertor is out of warranty and they cant do anything about it even though the problem is ubiqutous. I'm sick and tired of deforsting every other week for the past 1 year. I reached to a point to dispose and buy GE or whirpool. No more Phones or Applicances or TVs from Samsung. I will make sure i will spread this message in all forums, friends and family.
