I've had a frustrating issue where after performing a factory reset on the screen, I'm left with a black blank screen that responds to touch by lighting the backlight. I suspect last year's tizen update has caused some issues. My storage (8Gb) was filled, even though I didn't add pictures or any media to it besides the pre-installed junk.

After the reset procedure completed it booted to samsung and then family hub logo after that nothing.

Apparently I'm not the only one suffering this issue. Samsung needs to address this problem. Customer care was a joke they offered the same "unplug it and plug it back in" knowing that wouldn't make a difference.
