Kitchen and Family HubI am very disappointed Samsung has decided to not follow through on their agreement to refund my purchase. I will be including all email information and details in reviews on every site available so that others do not purchase this range. In addition, I will be pursuing consequences for the negligence of Samsung’s decision to continue selling this range with the knowledge of multiple consumer reports of fires caused by the faulty range.
