Kitchen and Family HubI just had to replace the wiring harness in the flex zone for the second time after the first replacement only lasted 90 days. Everything worked perfectly with the first replacement harness...until it pulled apart because of crappy construction. When I installed the second harness, the lights on the temperature control panel stay illuminated on the Cold Drinks and Meat/Fish setting and the control button is not functioning. I tried another wiring harness replacement that yielded the same result so now I'm lost as to what might be broken now. Something in the temperature control panel itself? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, this refrigerator is most definitely out of warranty.

Kitchen and Family HubThe problem I see with this once you contact customer support they take up to days to get back to you and for 4 days to send a technician which this will be the 3rd in less then 6 weeks after purchasing the refrigerator brand new. That is 6 days without a refrigerator and have already lost $500 in food and $400 medication. This time we have lost about $400 in food, ~$800 medication. This refrigerator is not reliable, and customer service is marginal, and do not care about helping resolve issues, and the pain they put their customers through hiding behind a warranty and try to fix a very poor design and parts that are substandard. My last resort in going to AMEX and reporting a defective product.

Kitchen and Family HubAnd did mention we have industrial grade temperature measuring devices that show and influx in temperature when the fridge doors have not been open for over 24 hours. It goes from 38 degrees to 48 degrees very frequently through out the day. I believe this is why they do not put a thermometer or gauge in the fridge or in the app. It looks like it takes a reading ~every hour.
