Kitchen and Family HubGreetings,
I just purchased a new Samsung kitchen a couple month ago and I noticed my food was going bad in my flex zone while it was set meat deli 30f.
so I put a thermometer in the flex zone and found it to be ~ 46f.
I then sent the flex zone to soft freeze 23f and put a tiny container of water with less than 1oz of water to see if it would freeze.
24h latter I checked and the water was still liquid and the thermometer showed 46f
I then tested the fridge and freezer.
Fridge was set to 40f and actual temp was 40f.
Freezer was set to 0f and actual temp was -6f.
so the freezer and flex zone seem to be off but the flex zone is the one I am mostly concerned about as food tends to go bad when above 40f.
I then tried to power cycle it by turning off breaker for a couple min then back on.
I also reset the panel by holding the fridge and freezer button.
After all that the flex zone remains at ~46f.
Any recomendations?
