Freezer Handle Replacement

We have the three-door refrigerator RF260BEAESG/AA. The freezer door handle broke off. I have tried working with the 3rd party parts site, found the exploded diagram for this model, but the handle parts are not listed. I've tried to explain what I need to the site via email, but they's stopped communicating with me. Is there somewhere else I can find the parts?

Thank you so much for the information. I will give them a call on Monday. In addition to the handle, I will also need the mounting brackets on the door itself to attach the handle to.

Just got off the phone with Samsung parts. Since I need the mounts as well as the handle looks like I need to purchase the entire door assembly. Should be here in 3-5 business days. Hopefully I get what I need.
