Freezer and Ice maker not cooling

My refrigerator, model number RF4287HARS has stopped freezing. We actually noticed the ice maker not working and then a couple days later the freezer wasn't working. Fridge and drawer seem to be working fine. I've tried powering it down for a couple minutes, still not working. 

Any other quick fix tries before I need to call for service?

Are you seeing anything out of the ordinary on the display?  Are you able to actually hear the fridge running currently?
