Bought french door refrigerator in September 2018 for one year it worked fine after that every alternate month needs a repair.
Talked to every possible person possible to get matter resolved .
Compress changed , internals Changed refill of gas which Samsung charge me every time. And it happens every alternate month.
I believe Samsung makes poor product and doesn't value it's customer.
Has pathetic support team and engineer.
Only option they left me is to convert my refrigerator into a dustbin and place in front of Samsung showroom so that they get to know the quality of products.
Pathetic support .
Spent lakhs buying the procduct and thousands in reapir .
I regret I choose samsung
