Can’t get my fridge out of “lock mode”. I changed the filter and am unable to use the water or ice functions. Any tips? I’ve tried pressing and holding the “energy saver” and “alarm” buttons (separately) for three seconds, and also tried factory reset (“power freeze” and “power cool” together for three seconds). Eventually the display blanks out. Can send videos if they’ll help but not sure how to post. Thanks in advance for any help!
