Fridge Evaporator and Ice Maker freezing over ever 3-4 weeks.
I have reached the end of my road on this. I'm beyond frustrated. We change the filter every 3 months. Water pressure is great. Doors are sealed, everything is leveled. I have to literally empty the fridge and defrost every 3-4 weeks.
We had a tech come out who reported that the issue is a design flaw, and replacing parts won't help. I contacted Samsung, and they will send out their tech, at my cost, but parts will be free. What parts? It's a design flaw. The evaporator and the ice maker are having problems. All you have to do is read through these forums and see that countless customers are having the same problem.
I'm a loyal Samsung customer, every appliance in our house is Samsung. My phone, tablet, and watch are all latest model Samsung every year. This is how my loyalty to the brand is repaid?
