@samsung - in this crisis mode, I received your gift for a failure of a less than 2 year $4000+ fridge. Started with freezer not working on Friday and to the entire unit not cooling! Paid 69$ for a local pro to come out to check it because your agent kept telling me that your response time is 3-5 business days! The compressor is hot and the SEAL system is failed. Your team kept telling me that nothing can be done and this is your timeframe! It's freaking ridiculous as we are wasting hundreds of dollars of food. I have two young kids and a family of 5 here and you are telling me to wait for 3-5 business days where the state is locked down? I NEED YOUR IMMEDIATE RESOLUTION! This is not ACCEPTABLE!
