YouTube video helps newer models with turning on RD mode. Defrost mode. I have a 2012 model and I do not have this feature. I turned off my fridge for 3 hours two weeks ago and it helped but only lasted for 2 weeks. I do not have $700 to have three or more technicians come and replace parts to find out later on it was not the proper fix. Been there before with my 2012 Samsung dryer that no one was able to fix (control panel replaced twice) and dont want a repeat w my fridge.
