Fridge (rf22k9581sr) Ice Maker Keeps Freezing & No Updated Apps!!!
I purchased this fridge 3 yrs ago & the service contract is used EVERY MONTH on the freezing ice maker! Thank goodness, I purchased an extended warranty, they come EVERY MONTH to defrost the ice maker. If I had known this, I would have NEVER purchased a $3500 fridge!!! Also, the apps have NOT been updated & I can't link my Ring cameras to my "Smart Hub"! I see NUMEROUS people complain about their software NOT being updated, PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!!! This fridge was NOT CHEAP & I will make sure OTHERS know about Samung NOT caring for their customers!!!
I had problem after problem with my ice maker. I have a Samsung Family Hub. the ice maker is the worst. $3500.00 is not cheap and having to call someone every other month so that my ice comes out right is horrible.
