Gas appliances missing propane conversion orifices!

We purchasesd the Tuscan Stainless steel stove/oven, and the Champange dryer and had them delivered in March. The oven/stove (model # NX58R9421ST/AA)  the dryer (model # DVG54R7600C/A3) were purchased to be used with propane. When the gas serviceman arrived to connect them he informed us that they needed to have propane orifices, of which we were not previously informed, and they were not included. These were ordered by the service company from Samsung in October. and we still have not received them. Multiple inquiries have been made to Samsung and the parts department told us 8 -15 days for delivery of the orifices. it has now been over 2 months and still no parts. I am really disappointed that I have not been able to use my appliances. Where are the parts and when can I expect to receive them?
