Gas oven not heating correctly

My gas range is less than a year old and the oven will not heat to set temperature.  I called to schedule a warranty repair and was refused an in warrany service call.  Is this heating issue something I can try and fix myself?  Very unhappy with Samsung.  I only bought this to match newer samsung appliances in the home I purchased.  Sorry I did.
