Kitchen and Family HubMy glass top on my Samsung stove just cracked. We has a pot of soup simmering and the whole thing suddenly cracked. I spoke with a rep at the Samsung site and they suggested I "walk it in" to a service center. LOL. Anybody getting any support on this? My model is NE58F9500SS.

Kitchen and Family HubSame here. Tech even said it was a defect that was standing with me. He called support and they said no its physical damage and not covered. What? We were both shocked. Tech called Samsung support and explained that he's standing right here and it's a defect. Samsung placed us on hold and came back and said the Tech said it's not covered. The Tech said it's a defect and I'm standing right here with customer. Samsung said no its the higher up Tech that denied it. Never again! Regret filling my house with Samsung!

Kitchen and Family HubModel # NE59M4320SW manufactured in January 2020.
The stove cracked while it was not in use! I am at a loss here. This is not safe and poorly made. The crack is over the stove eye that seems to take FOREVER to boil water, even though it's labeled "fast boil". We own a few Samsung appliances and have been happy so far, but this stove is a hassle. How can this be resolved?

Kitchen and Family HubI have not had my stove for a year. Tonight, the glass cracked over one of the eyes. I have a 3 year warranty with Lowe's. What should I do to get a repair?

Kitchen and Family HubI'm sorry to hear that, you do have two options if you are still within the one year warranty we can get the unit set up for service, but if the top glass is deemed physical damage then this will be an out of warranty repair, if you would like to see if this is still within the one year please send me a private message with your full model and serial number and pictures of the crack on the range.
