Family hub won't allow me to sign in after reset, I resetted the refrigerator (family hub) and when I try to sign in with my Samsung account - it tells me this email is already used ? I know it is - I want to sign in
I am not having problem signing in -- I know my password and usename
the problem is Family hub needs to be reset or i have to use a differenet username ??
so family hub is giving me the problem, not samsung account?
I turned it off from the door switch and nothing happened?
I think Samsung needs to reset my family hub, although I don't understand the purpose of not allowing people to reset thier family hub.
