Yes, we have the same problem on a 2015 French Door. The only fix (that I know of) is to defrost the ice build up on the coil and wait for it to happen again. I can pay a technician to come a do that with a hair dryer or simply take every thing out of the fridge, shut it off and it let it defrost manually. What a hassle for a $2000 fridge. Why doesn't Samsung put something out there that will correct the problem??
