Ice Maker Not Dropping Ice

I have a french door style refrigerator. The ice maker is making ice, but not dropping down to the ice bucket. I have done a force defrost. I push test button and it will not run thru the test mode. I have tried to hold the test button to reset. It chimes to reset, but still will not drop the ice.

change it from cubes to shredded, run it then change back to cubes and problem should be fixed. I had the same problem.
