The ice maker complete assembly was replaced while under warranty by Samsung. Recently, the ice maker stopped working. There is no ice build-up or frosting at all, but it's not making ice. Based on recommendations I had the ice maker assembly replaced (it is now out of warranty). That did not solve the problem. The water supply line seems fine and resetting has not worked.
I recommend getting a service technician to have another look at this. Send any previous ticket numbers via private message or call 1-800-SAMSUNG directly to get started.
