Fridge purchased at Home Depot in 2020. The ice dispenser flap continuously opens and closes. I have noticed solitary complaints here but NO solutions are posted! How can this be stopped?

I have a RF28K9070SG/AA and just started having exact same issue since last Friday(1/22). The ice dispenser flap won't stop opening/closing, its driving me insane. The fridge is only 1.5yr old. Need a way to stop this ASAP!!!
