Ice dispenser flap

i need some help with the ice dispenser it continues to open and close by itself?!!! 
 I can't seem to find anything to help me with reset or make it stop. 
please tell me what to do?

Good morning 

the model number for my fridge is RF265BEAESTIAA 01

I went to Best Buy and suggested for me to get a request approval/exchange from Samsung. In the mean time I will need someone to tell how I can stop the ice dispenser door from opening and closing as it's loud and annoying.
