We had a power outage that lasted 5 days back in August 2020. Ever since then the top ice dispenser will not produce ice. I can dispense water but no ice is being made. Bottom ice dispenser is making ice but only crushed ice. Water pressure is good, ice is turned on, temp is set at 31 and have also done a reset but still no ice on the top dispenser. What more do I need to do. Dont want to call for repair.
