I have had to thaw out the ice maker a chip away at a block of ice numerous times. How can this be resolved. I see this is a regular thing with family hub Samsung fridges.
This is the worse ice maker I have ever had in a fridge. My wife wanted a Samsung. Now I miss my old Whirlpool ice maker.
I can see how this may be frustrating.
When was the last time you changed your water filter?
Have you tried to reset the ice maker?

The fridge is level. I have reset the ice maker after removing excess ice and it worked for a bit . I have had to do this at least a half dozen times. Now I can not even get the ice tray to open to reset it. The water filter has nothing to with it as we have RO plumbed to the fridge.
