I've already had two posts deleted becasue [I have no clue] ???
I have gone though all the steps necessary to try to reset my icemaker. It still doesn't start. I do hear a faint sound like a pigeon cooing, but nothing else.
I will replace my ice maker, but I have two minor questions:
1. Is there some other part that might have failed? I'd hate to replace the ice maker and still not have it work...
2. Given the unreliability of the Samsung icemaker, are the "third party" manufacturers any more reliable???
