Samsung fridges are THE WORST EVER. They’ve knowingly had problems with their ice makers since 2012 yet keep quiet about it and keep getting that money every time someone buys one. Then they refuse to do anything about it. I’ve complained to the New Jersey BBB, the Texas and NJ attorney general. It’s ridiculous that they make crappy fridges and the consumers are the ones that have to suffer. Our ice maker stopped working after 6 months of us using it! I’ll be getting no less than a full refund from SS and I suggest everyone else do the same.
