We have not been able to use the automatic ice maker for about two years. We manually use ice cube trays to make our own ice cubes. Prior to that we had too defrost the ice maker about every month for about two years to get the automatic ice to work. The water dispenser works sometimes but not all the time.
I heard there is a class action suit because so many people have this same problem.
