Ice maker

JUMP TO SOLUTION

We have a French door refrigerator with the ice maker in the bottom (no door dispenser). We have had it for 5-6 years and a few months after buying it it stopping producing full pieces of ice, and the ice it dispenses is all broken (there is no crushed ice setting that I can find). This has always been frustrating but I have learned to deal with it. This week, it stopped making ice and it appears to just be leaking water from the ice maker. The ice bucket is a huge smooth piece of ice, that more water continues to be dropped on and then freezing so the ice chunk is getting bigger and bigger.

I have tried to press the reset button and it doesn't appear to change anything. Please help.
