Icemaker and dishwaher and customer service problems

Recently remodeled my kitchen and bought all new Samsung products.  Initially the ice maker kept freezing up and Samsung sent out a tech 3 times.  Finally, after the 4th service call, they swapped it out.  Now, my dishwasher is leaking and displaying error code LC.  It's been like pulling teeth to get any help this time.  They request you text message instead of waiting "one hour and thirty minutes" to speak to somebody.  Yesterday, it took the tech over 5 hours to respond to me (the initial text said 5 minutes) at which point he sent me a link (which didn't work) to troubleshoot the issue.  Today, I've been trying for over 4 hours texting back and forth and right now we are at the point where he is saying the serial number I provided is invalid, yet I cannot send him a picture on this app.  Not too happy with Samsung right now!
