I bought a Samsung 24.2CuFt 3-door French Door Refrigerator with Family Hub from costco a few weeks ago. It was installed last week. However, the inside view of the fridge is not working. All it shows is the generic picture on both the screen on the fridge and the app. Cameras have never shown the actual content of the fridge.
I found another thread here with the same problem and I followed all the troubleshooting steps as outlined in that thread including following:
-Reboot the hub using the red switch at the top of the door
-Ensure hub software is fully up-to date
-Test removing the profile and re-adding it
-Test a reset of the hub
However, none of the above has solved the problem. Costco concierge is a joke and I hope that Samsung can help before I consider returning the fridge.

Below are some service options for you:
- Since your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service processed.
-The unit is within the one year warranty, so you can private message one of our moderators with your full model and serial number to have service set up or contact our phone support line at 1-800-Samsung.
Try turning off the red button located inside the refrigerator on the top right side. Leave it off for about a minute and turn the switch back on. That did the trick for me. Good luck!!
