I have owned a Jet Bot AI+ Robot vacuum for over 3 years now and I am asking why I do not have the ability that seems to appear for others in certain regions. By this picture I located on the internet they seem to have the ability in the SmartThings App to schedule certain rooms to be cleaned at certain times. I have the most recent updated app on the IOS platform and do not show this feature. Why? Why does Samsung refuse to update this for United States customers to give us full control of our robot vacuums we spent hundreds of dollars for? Step up to the plate and get this done. Do not send me a link to instruction manual for the vacuum. You know perfectly well this will not help. You need to update the APP. I contacted customer support via phone regarding this issue over a year and a half ago and got nowhere. I consider this my final plea. No response or fix within six months I'll consider buying a new vac and no more Samsung purchases. Ever! This should be a simple fix for your IT department to add since it's already a feature in other regions.

I'm not sure what you mean by "@Geno71 has one"? What does he have? Did you understand my post? It doesn't matter if he has a Jet Bot or not. It has to do with the app to schedule the robot vac. It's an APP issue that Samsung needs technical support in their APP division to correct. I would really like to have a conversation with someone that actually works in their Support Area that deals with their APP support not the actual physical hardware. The picture I posted is self explanatory what needs to be added/ corrected for users of the Jet Bot Robot Vacuum.
