My range caught fire due to me bumping into the non-resistance knobs. These move so easily and many times it has happened and I have caught it before something serious happens, but not yesterday. I am always worried that the range will turn on. The oven is just as bad. I have to have liners at the bottom due to the drippings burning and when I open the oven door out pours smoke and it fills my house. I’m wanting to get rid of this range/oven as it is an all around fire hazard in my house!!!!

I'm so sorry to hear this! I hope everyone is okay, and I completely understand your concerns with the range. I would request that you speak directly with our specialized team, based on your circumstances. They will want to gather more information and make sure to address this situation with you directly.
Please have your Name, Street Address, Phone Number, E-mail, Full Model & Serial Numbers of the Range, and any paperwork, if there were damages readily available.
Once that is gathered, I would ask that you please call 1-800-726-7864 to be transferred to the specialized team. This would be the quickest way to be able to speak with this team, and they will want to speak with you over the phone due to the sensitivity of the situation.
Alternatively, you can reach out to one of the following teams to set up a call back set up with the specialized team instead of calling in directly.
These are the following teams that can help with that call back:
Anyone else that may be experiencing or noticing that their knobs are loose to turn, there are ways you can prevent something like this from happening with your range! Please check out the following troubleshooting link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01203557/
