I purchased a bundle with a Samsung refrigerator, washer and dryer with an expected delivery date of September 15th. I received multiple emails saying that my order is still scheduled for delivery on Sep 15th. On the morning of September 14th (my bday:(), i received an email that the expected date is now October 12th. I have already moved into my new place and have no appliances and now will have to wait an additional month.
Ideally it would be bearable if i can get the refrigerator as soon as it is available instead of waiting for all three appliances a month from now. I spoke to someone on chat support but they could not do anything.
Is there anything else i can do besides cancelling my order and purchasing from a local store.
